All minor repairs are carried out in the clinic. Depending on the problem, Patricia will aim to repair the hearing aid whilst you wait, however, sometimes hearing aids will need the attention of a hearing aid techician.
In this case we will arrange sending the hearing aid to the technician and get it back to you in 4-5 working days.
We will aim to keep costs to a minimum.
